My boyfriend shocked me with this amazing dish!😍 Here’s what he did 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

This mushroom is dipped in a thick batter & fried in oil to mimic “chicken” and it tastes amazing! It has similar texture to it as well 😋

HOW TO:

〰️Create batter: mix flour & spices with water

〰️Wash & Cut mushrooms into flat pieces

〰️Dip mushrooms into batter

〰️Heat oil in a deep pan

〰️Dip battered mushrooms into oil until crispy

〰️When brown & crispy remove from pan

〰️Optional: place mushrooms into air fryer for more crispness!!
