How to make Pan-Fried Pork Ribs?

Ingredients:

• 500g pork ribs (cut into bite-sized pieces)

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 tablespoon cooking wine

• 1 teaspoon white pepper

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)

• Fresh cilantro and red chili slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ribs: Clean and pat dry the pork ribs. In a bowl, marinate the ribs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, white pepper, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

2. Heat the pan: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork ribs and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown and crispy.

3. Add garlic: Once the ribs are almost fully cooked, add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute, until the garlic is fragrant.

4. Serve: Remove the ribs from the pan and place them on a plate. Garnish with fresh cilantro and red chili slices.

5. Enjoy: Serve with a small bowl of dipping sauce (light soy sauce) and a side of rice or vegetables.
