How to make Honey Glazed Beef Ribs?
Ingredients:
• 4 pounds beef ribs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup honey
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
2. Prepare Ribs: Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
3. Make Glaze: In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, and ground ginger to create the glaze.
4. Marinate: Brush the ribs with some of the glaze and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).
5. Bake: Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
6. Glaze and Broil: Remove the foil, brush the ribs with more glaze, and broil for a few minutes until the outside is caramelized and slightly crispy.
7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with extra glaze on the side if desired.
