How to make Seafood Mushroom Tofu?
Ingredients:
- 200g soft tofu, cut into cubes
- 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g scallops
- 50g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 50g enoki mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preparation: Prepare all your ingredients before cooking. This includes cleaning and cutting the tofu, seafood, and mushrooms.
2. Cook Garlic and Seafood: Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they start to turn opaque.
3. Add Mushrooms: Add the sliced shiitake and enoki mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Simmer with Tofu: Gently add the tofu cubes to the pan. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Pour in the broth and let everything simmer gently for about 5 minutes, allowing the tofu to absorb the flavors.
5. Garnish and Serve: Finish the dish by sprinkling chopped green onions and cilantro on top. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice.
