How to make Cilantro Mixed With Beef?

Ingredients:

• 500g beef tenderloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

• 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped

• 3 tablespoons soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

• 1 tablespoon sesame oil

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 green onion, chopped (optional, for garnish)

• Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well.
