how to make your own STICKERS?

helloo, I’m back with another post! this one would be sharing on how I make die cut stickers which are also waterproof & glittery✨🌟 ! if you’d like to know more on how to make your own stickers at home, keep reading to find out more ;)

✨ to cut my stickers I use the SILHOUETTE portrait 3 machine along with the cutting mat to cut my stickers accurately:) since I run a small shop, this has been my lifesaver as it saves me from cutting them by hand! The machine is one of the best investments I’ve made as I have used it to cut so many stickers for my shop & personal use🤲🏻

✨ settings:

I select the holographic sticker paper material where the blade force : 33 and the speed : 6 ! this is what works best for me:) you can try it out if you have a machine and let me know if it works just as well for you!

✨ sticker paper

I use the matte waterproof sticker paper off shopee but I heard good reviews about the brand (ONLINE LABELS) as well! unfortunately I couldn’t get my hands on them as they were constantly out of stock, so shopee was a more stable alternative for my sticker shop🤍 i wouldn’t be revealing which exact seller but there are many sellers on shopee that sells the matte waterproof sticker paper , you can choose whichever suits your budget best!

✨ laminate (cold laminate)

I use a lot of glitter laminate for my stickers but you could use any kind of laminate! this is optional for making waterproof die cuts if you have already used the waterproof sticker paper, but I like to add the laminate to prevent the colours from fading and it also adds on more protection from scratches! also i use COLD LAMINATE as it allows me to laminate my stickers without an additional machine:) you can find a range of laminates here: https://shope.ee/5fM0vO1Xk0

do you have a cutting machine at home as well? if you do, and want to make stickers, I highly recommend trying this out as my stickers feel as though they’re manufactured vinyl stickers now🌟🌟 this is also super easy to use through silhouette‘s software ;)
