White Bean Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of medium green chilis
1 can of cannellini beans
1 can of great northern beans
1 can of white beans
1/2 can of corn
1/2 jar of LaVictoria thick n’ chunky salsa verde
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 cup fresh chopped onion
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 packet of taco seasoning
1/2 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lime juice
⭐️⭐️How to make it:
-Place the ground chicken and the green chilis(do not drain) in a crockpot.
-Cook on high for 1 hour.
-Remove lid and break the chicken up into the size chunks that you prefer.
-Drain all of the remaining canned ingredients and place them in the crockpot, along with the seasonings, fresh veggies, salsa, and lime juice.
-Stir. (At this point everything EXCEPT the cream cheese should be in the crockpot.)
-Set crockpot to low for 3 hours.
-Stir.
-During the last hour, put your crockpot on the warm setting and cut your cream cheese into 4 squares and place them into the chili.
-Stir one last time just before serving, to incorporate the cream cheese completely.
🤍🤍Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce for a little extra spice. Also good to eat with tortilla chips. Enjoy 🤍🤍
