This meal was so good that my husband is already asking me to make it again
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs
For the sauce
• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 6 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
• 1 pinch crushed red pepper
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Add the chicken to your crock pot in an even layer
2. All the sauce ingredients (except for the cornstarch) to a bowl and whisk all together until combined.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on high for 3.5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
4. When the chicken is done, Mix the cornstarch and 2 tbsps of water in a small bowl and then pour into the crock pot. Give it a stir and let it cook on high for another 15 minutes.
5. Shred the chicken with 2 forks and serve over rice.
