3 things I didn’t expect to happen-fitness journey

⭐️🫧Appreciation for my discipline:

After starting my fitness journey I gained an appreciation for myself in a way I didn’t expect, I realized how well I can push myself to my limits in the gym and I realized how proud of myself I am for it.

⭐️🫧More hydration = skin is glowy/less breakouts:

I used to have really bad skin when I was younger, and barely drank any water and would eat junk. And since implementing water intake and cleaning up my diet my skin has been so much healthier and glowy. I try to drink 4 32 ounce water bottles a day!

⭐️🫧 Friends I met along the way:

I have always been shy, but the amount of community and open friendship I have gotten since starting my fitness journey was a really great surprise!
