If there’s two things I’ll never do during my fitness journey, it would be…

1. Count macros

- if done properly it can be very beneficial, however, I’m more of a maintenance girl. I don’t count/track what I eat, the only time I do is protein every once in a while to make sure I’m hitting my protein goal.

2. Cut out my favorite foods

- cutting out your favorite foods only build a bad relationship with food. You can still keep eating what you want, just keep it in moderation! Don’t completely cut it out.

3. Bulk or cut

- although this isn’t a bad thing to do, it personally just isn’t for me! I’d rather eat healthy and be consistent in the gym and see my progress that way!
