Haji Lane's Cafe☕️: Charging Points🔌 & No GST, SVGC

I was wandering along Haji Lane, feeling really thirsty and sweaty 💦 in need of a break from the heat when I stumbled upon a teh tarik nook😍! The ambience was so therapeutic, with an industrial-themed interior and warm lighting that created such a cozy vibe. Although the cafe was rather small, it’s perfect for a casual yapping session😜!

What really caught my attention was the pricing🤑—✨NO GST & SERVICE CHARGE!✨In today’s economy, that's a RARE find!! 🥳 Plus, there are plenty of charging points🔌, making it a perfect spot for working from home👩🏻‍💻 or studying🙇🏻‍♀️. Drinks also start at just $4!!! 🤪

I tried their Hot Teh Tarik ($4) served in a cute little kettle🫖. The experience of pouring it and chatting with my friends was simply delightful😌. There is also iced version 🧊 available at just $5. It leans toward a sweeter, creamier profile, perfect for those who love a milky 🥛 taste over the traditional spiced flavor. If you have a sweet tooth, this one's for you!😆

I ordered the Teh Matcha ($6.50) as well! While the matcha is sourced from Kyoto, I found it a bit too sweet and not as pronounced in flavor as I prefer—maybe I’m just a bit picky when it comes to matcha!😅

HIGHLIGHT for me was the banana toast🍌🍞($6). It was generously spread with crunchy peanut butter 🥜, and the caramelized bananas were divine 🤩—like a perfect blend of crème brûlée 🍮 and toast! As a toast lover, HIGHLY APPROVED.

My total bill 🧾 came to just $16.50, which felt incredibly reasonable given the lovely ambience and location🫣.
