Carnivore Diet Meal

I am going to try the viral carnivore diet. I’ve seen it all over and I’ve been needing to stick to a good healthy diet.

Ingredients:

- 2 small gala apples

- 1 large ripe banana

- 1 large sirloin

- salt

- pepper

- thyme

- 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

1. Slice apples and banana then set to the side

2. Put a cast iron skillet on high

3. Sear the steak on each side for about 3 minutes each

4. Turn your heat down to low and add in your butter till melted

5. Baste your steak with the butter and then add thyme and continue basting

6. Plate your steak and fruits and enjoy! I also added a cheese stick
