One of the BEST Burrata Pizza in Singapore 🍕

Located at Robertson Quay, this Italian restaurant transports your tastebuds to Italy through their Authentic Italian Cuisine and handcrafted cocktails.

🍕 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝑷𝒊𝒛𝒛𝒂

The Burrata was a woodfired pizza with housemade tomato sauce base and topped with fresh burrata, cherry tomatoes & arugula. Each slice of pizza had a generous dollop of nutty and creamy burrata resting on it. The cherry tomatoes were tangy with a nice snap that lent a nice texture to the dish. The arugula infused the pizza with a fresh flavour akin to a breath of fresh air, it successfully cut through the greasiness of the pizza. Overall, a very well-balanced dish.

🧀🍆 𝑬𝒈𝒈𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒂

The eggplants were topped with shaved parmesan, mozzarella and tomato passata, this was a dish with a familiar and homely taste. The salty cheese was a welcome addition to the creamy eggplant, I wolfed this dish down faster than I would like to admit.

🍹 𝑻𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒔𝒊𝒆 𝑺𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑺𝒎𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒆

This pink-purple hued drink was a blend of pink dragonfruit, mango and blueberries. The drink was gently and naturally sweet, refreshing and overall a very well-balanced drink.

Overall, the food and service were great. However, I was disappointed that several dishes that caught my eye weren’t available that day. I’d be back for them in the near future 🤌🏼
