Pumpkin mini cake

Mini pumpkin cake. The perfect bento cake or gift during the fall season!

ingredients

1 box of White Cake Mix⁠

Additional ingredients to prepare cake mix according to box instructions⁠

2 tubs of White Frosting⁠

Orange and green food coloring⁠

Piping bags⁠

Piping tips (number 12 and 32)⁠

Chocolate leaves⁠

Directions:⁠

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Add orange food coloring to the batter and bake in 6” cake pans for 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let your cakes cool completely⁠

2. Dye ¼ cup of frosting green and place it in the piping bag fitted with a number 32 tip. Dye the rest of the frosting orange. Place ¼ cup of orange frosting into a piping bag fitted with a number 12 tip. ⁠

3. Stack, fill and frost your cake with orange frosting. Pipe pumpkin lines using the orange frosting. Pipe green stem/vine on top of the pumpkin and add chocolate leaves. Serve and enjoy!⁠
