Poor posture can lead to not only back pain, but also, pain in your neck & whole body. When you have bad posture your shoulders round forward and your neck is out of place. This causes excessive stress to be placed on your neck & spine! In order to combat bad posture, give this Pilates workout a try!

1. Bend & extend

2. In & outs

3. Arm circles*

4. Prone pull downs

5. Swimmers

Perform 3 sets of 12 reps per exercise. Option to add wrist weights to make it harder. Finish 1 exercise before moving onto the next.

*For arm circles do 12 reps forward & 12 reps backwards per set!
