1. Bend & extend
2. In & outs
3. Arm circles*
4. Prone pull downs
5. Swimmers
Perform 3 sets of 12 reps per exercise. Option to add wrist weights to make it harder. Finish 1 exercise before moving onto the next.
*For arm circles do 12 reps forward & 12 reps backwards per set!
