Actually I was looking for magnesium supplement but I only found this bio life calcium magnesium plus in watsons. So I decided to give it a try.
I always sleep around 2-3 am sometimes 4 am. Every time when I’m trying to sleep my brain is like “no bro, I got things to think”
So when I started consuming this supplement I noticed that I sleep better than before. I take one tablet at night and after half an hour I started to feel sleepy.
And when I wake up in the morning I don’t feel restless anymore.
