3 weeks difference of doing 75 Hard

Let me just say this first:

- This results is because mostly of my eating habits. I use to eat a lot of bad food. That will blow me up as you see in the first picture.

Now, I’m eating cleaner & taking supplements (magnesium)

Therefor, the bloating has gone down ALOT & I’ve probably lost water weight.

Cause this is just a 3 pound difference.

I’m just starting on my journey. If I’m doing it so can you.
