Ever heard of 75 Hard? It seems extreme, I get it. After two years of working out daily and not seeing results, I decided to give the phrase “you can’t out train a bad diet” a second thought.
It’s all about nutrition, friends. While I followed 75 Hard to a T…I really only changed my nutrition habits because I was already doing the other tasks.

💧 Drink a gallon of water per day, I did find myself chugging water at 11pm a few times.
📚Read 10 pages of non-fiction per day
🥦Follow a meal plan 100% (Mine was simply eating from home, not to include any processed foods!) My biggest issue was eating fast food, so this made such a difference! I also HIGHLY limited added sugars.
🚫 Alcohol (I don’t drink, so this wasn’t hard for me at all, but I e heard this one can be a game changer too)
🚫NO cheat meals
📸 Last but not least, take a daily progress picture! This one seems small, but pictures are truly a much better measurement of success than a scale!
After completing the program and changing my eating habits, I’ve been able to indulge in many foods I tried to nix completely and have kept the weight off with no problem. There’s plenty of room for treats and wiggle room, AFTER YOU DO THE HARD WORK.
