is therapy really worth it? my experience

i often hear “therapy won’t make a difference” as a reason not to give it a try!

for me: finding the right therapist was a process but worth it.

it’s helped change my day to day life in so many different ways. you underestimate what kind of situations will come up, that you handle a lot easier after therapy.

it also helps you go through past events and heal from how you’re feeling from them.
