Things I learned in therapy

I’ve been in therapy in my teenage and early adult life and let me tell you I still make mistakes and learn. Nothing about the changes I have made has been easy and they have not happened overnight.

It’s required years of patience and tolerance and years of acceptance, and it’s ongoing.

These are some of the things I’ve learned in therapy.
