Finding a good electrolyte drink isn’t always easy, especially if you’re not a fan of the salt taste… I personally don’t mind it, maybe thanks to having POTS, which makes me need an absurd amount of sodium & water! But I still appreciate and can tell a good flavor— which is why I’m super happy these are easily accessible at stores at the moment.
