Shopping while SICK 🤒

✨Having a cold sucks!!! But here are ways to ease some of the symptoms you’re having.

✨I love going outside for fresh air (even if it’s just to CVS or the grocery store to get things for my cold). It really helps to ground me and it also gets my blood pumping and helps your immune system.

✨Some of my favorite things from this list were:

LiquidIV (I just love the idea of it but also the product itself)

Tea (it always soothes me. I love making tea and trying new teas and I love the feeling of hot tea going down my throat)

Cough drops (I love having them for when I’m on the go)

Coconut water (it’s really refreshing and soothing. It’s also a great way to stay extra hydrated since you’ll be needing it)

✨✨BONUS: Getting a TON of tissues. I had a box and then a bunch of travel size ones so I can put one in every bag that I own. I know I’ll always need tissues so I make sure I’m over-prepared.
