I look forward to my morning routine, mainly because I've perfected my

drink line up that I love! Making it nutritious and supportive of my

wellness goals. Here are the drinks in order:

1. Warm lemon water

Lemon happens to be a strong detox agent. Drinking lemon water first

thing in the morning will flush out all the toxins from your system.

Lemon is also known to purify your blood, thus keeping your body free

from many health disorders.

2. Celery Juice

Every Sunday I juice!

Consuming celery first thing in the morning helps to detoxify the

body. Since it contains a lot of fibre, it promotes weight loss and

consuming it in the morning can quicken that process. Celery is made

up of 95 per cent water, which makes it an incredibly hydrating

vegetable to consume.

3. Breakfast Smoothie

I like to have fruits in the morning so I make a smoothie! Fruit in

the morning is very cleansing, it helps by providing valuable enzymes,

fibre and probiotics to trigger digestive juices in our stomach and

wash out old waste matter from the previous day.

4. Coffee

Drinking coffee immediately after waking can disrupt the natural

cortisol rhythm, potentially leading to poor sleep quality and

difficulty waking up in the morning. Waiting 90 minutes before

consuming caffeine helps preserve your natural cortisol pattern,

promoting better sleep and wakefulness
