to lose weight is a long journey..today started the process for me to lose weight from 72kg to 50kg..i don't follow any diet plan but i just try to control the amount of food i eat...other than that i try to not take white sugar in drinks and food. please support me in this journey.

🥣 Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 bowl of oats and nogula coffee

🥣 Lunch: grilled chicken, cabbage, kimchi and a spoonful of sambal belacan

🥣 Dinner: mila oat

snack: green apple🍏 & nogula chocolate drink☕️
