Miso Butter Honey Glazed Carrots 🥕

1. Wash and trim the steam/leaves off carrots

2. I left my carrot skin on for texture but you can peel them off if you’re not into that

3. Melt & mix 1 tbsp of butter and miso

4. Coat your carrots along with 1/2 tbsp of honey

5. Roast your carrots for 20 mins @350 or until tender. Flip them halfway through to cool evenly.
