Honey Glazed roasted carrots

These carrots are the perfect side dish for any occasion whether you’re making a weeknight dinner or a holiday dinner everyone will love it.

—Ingredients——

2 pounds of carrots

3 cloves of garlic (minced)

1/2 teaspoons thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste you can add less if you don’t want to much spice)

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1. Preheat the oven to 400° degrees

2. Peel and wash the carrots

3. Put the carrots in a casserole dish then add in the garlic, thyme, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, honey, olive oil and give it a good toss.

4. Slice the butter and Put it right on top of the carrots

5. Bake them in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until tender and enjoy!
