Caracara; A NEW Cafe Gem on Neil Road

Caracara, the latest addition to Neil Road, has quickly made a name for itself with its distinctive furnishings that my friend aptly described as “museum-like.”

From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by a warm and cozy interior. Although I initially planned just to grab a coffee and go, the inviting atmosphere and excellent hospitality convinced me to stay and enjoy a full meal.

What I Ordered:

✨Japanese Wagyu Sando with Fries ($58)

While the portion was smaller than anticipated, the gold flakes on the dish certainly justified the higher price tag. The wagyu beef was tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by the soft, flavorful bread.

✨Caarage ($18)

The standout here was definitely the dipping sauce. It had a subtle spice that was perfectly balanced—not too hot, but enough to add a nice kick.

✨Iced White with Milkadoodle Beans ($8)

✨Iced Black with Aurora Beans ($8)

The coffee was a revelation with its unique notes, offering a distinctive taste that sets Caracara apart from your typical café experience.

The attentive service further enhanced my visit, making it clear that Caracara is a spot worth trying despite the slightly higher prices. It’s an excellent choice for a memorable date night or a leisurely coffee outing.
