Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies with Browned Butter

I added a pumpkin spice and cinnamon streusel inside the cookies and I’m not sure it worked the way I wanted it to.

I baked the cookies for an extra 5 minutes which I think was absolutely necessary AND I mixed the spices in with the browned butter before I mixed in the rest of the ingredients, which helps to make the pumpkin spice flavor come through a bit more.

I’m hoping that maybe the streusel is just hiding a little bit but I promise it’s in there lol
