Tangzhong

20g Flour

100g Water

Dough

260g Bread Flour

120g Milk

1 Egg Yolk

45g Sugar

45g Butter

4g Salt

5g Instant Yeast

🅜🅔🅣🅗🅞🅓 ♡

➡️ Knead the dough until it reaches the windowpane stage.

➡️ Proof the dough until double.

➡️ Degas, flatten the dough and divide into equal portions.

➡️ Roll into tight balls and proof until double.

➡️ Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar and/ or grated cheese on top of the buns as shown in the video.

➡️ Preheat and bake at 185C for ~ 20mins.
