With a mellow pumpkin flavour, the buns were filled to the brim with dark chocolate to make them extra decadent 😋 Definitely a crowd-pleaser, these buns are just in time for that Halloween party! 🎃👻

Main Dough
320g Bread Flour
120g Pure Pumpkin Purée
1 Egg
60g Milk
40g Sugar
4g Salt
40g Butter
Filling :
Chocolate Ganache
120g Heavy Cream
180g Dark Chocolate Chips
Or just use Nutella!

➡️ Mix everything except butter until the dough is strong and fairly elastic.
➡️ Add butter in small cubes gradually and knead until window-pane stage.
➡️ Proof the dough until double.
➡️ Soak the twine in oil or water for 30 min.
➡️ Divide the dough into equal portions (mine was 65g) and roll into smooth balls. Cover and rest for 15min.
➡️ Degas and shape as per video.
➡️ Proof until double.
➡️ Bake at 185C for ~ 20-23min.
➡️ Remove the kitchen twine.
Poke a small hole in the middle of the bun and pipe in chocolate.
➡️ Seal the hole with a cinnamon stick.
Take a big bite and swoon 🥰🥰🥰
