Delicious AND Nutritious

Today’s lunch was a homemade first!

For the first time I made ahi tuna with my all-time favorite roasted brussel sprouts and GIRL it was THE BOMB!

Ahi Tuna Steak: marinated overnight with sesame oil, honey, Kinder The Blend, and a little cayenne

Brussel Sprouts: drizzled with EVOO, seasoned with Kinder The Blend and topped off with a little balsamic vinegar

This was a treat. It may have been the first but it won’t be the last time I have this delicious meal
