"Turning the 'egg ick' into a delicious and nutritious morning fuel! 🍳🌱
1. Leftovers for breakfast
Simple but effective. Take whatever you had for dinner and you got a pretty decent meal (this was a breakfast taco moment). Personally I do add an egg for this one but you can go eggless for sure.
2. Oat Berry crumble with Vanilla yogurt 🫐
This was surprisingly easy. And a great sweet breakfast. A serving of oats w cinnamon and and some butter as a topping to frozen berries. 400 until golden brown (10-15 min) and top w vanilla greek yogurt for an extra protein boost!
3.Smoothies!
Say what you will about chewing vs drinking a meal but this is probably the easiest way to get your nutrition in when you don’t feel like eating. My rec is a frozen banana, fairlife protien shake and pb— tastes like a milkshake i love it
4.breakfast meal preps
I said it once and I’ll say it again. Kodiak makes a great breakfast meal prep minimum of 15 g of protein and you’re additives can increase that you can freeze them and throw them in the oven really easy.
