I’m six months pregnant, and my husband won’t stop body-shaming me, constantly comparing me to Instagram influencers and celebrities. It’s heartbreaking, and I often feel overwhelmed by the pressure. My husband comes from a high ses family, and his competitive nature with his siblings and cousins seems to seep into our relationship. I understand he wants the best for us, but his remarks make me question my worth and how I should feel during this special time. I want to enjoy my pregnancy, but I can’t shake off the hurt his words cause.
