1 lb peeled carrots -sliced long way
1-2 TBLS bonCOOK olive oil
Juice from half lemon
2 -3 TBLS feta cheese
2-3 sprigs rosemary
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Arrange carrots on bonCOOK Fleximat or parchment lined pan. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, rosemary sprigs and a pinch of salt. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Bon appétit.
