Creamy & Delicious Zuppa Toscana | Recipe

Hello all! Here’s a super delicious and hearty meal that I know you will love!

Here’s what you’ll need:

-1/2 pack thick cut bacon

-1 pack ground Italian sausage

-1 bag tusan kale

-4 diced potatoes

-1 large diced onion

-5 cloves minced garlic

-2 quarts chicken stock

-1 cup heavy cream

-salt, pepper, parsley, chili flakes

Directions:

1. In a large pot, cook your sausage, then set aside in a bowl. Render your bacon, then set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the pot.

2. Cook your onions until translucent in the bacon fat, then add in garlic.

3. pour in your stock and potatoes,

bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender. Then, bring to a simmer.

4. add in your kale and heavy cream. cook until kale is tender. then add in your spices.

5. Finally, Add in you sausage and top with bacon.

6. Enjoy!
