Biggest insecurity

Something that I struggle with from day to day is my appearance. Bloating is a big part of my life and I have learned every trick in the book to hide or treat my gut health.

Some tricks that I use are:

- Learning my best angles

-Finding outfits that compliment my figure best

-Staying away from foods that I know cause bloating

Social media is all an allusion. People tend to show only the good or the parts that they are alright with other people seeing.

A big part of my wellness journey has been to not compare myself to what I see on social media. I'm learning to love myself for who I am and accept my flaws for what they are. Remember no one is perfect.

Lastly, remember being real is beautiful. Being different, unique, personable is so admirable. Just know we all have our insecurities and we all have a self care journey.
