here are 3 tips to remember when zone 2 training!!π€π§
π - start with with a walk/jog. jog until your heart rate gets too high (in zone 3 or 4). begin your walk until your heart rate drops into the middle of zone 2 then go back to jogging!
π - run for time & not distance. your pace will get faster the more you train.
π - If you are having trouble staying in zone 2 try cross training. like cycling, rower, stairs, or elliptical. just find another way to train your heart in zone 2!
