I might have found my favourite scent 🩷

Feeling stressed and down at work last week, I decided to indulge in a little retail therapy at Marina Bay Sands to lift my spirits. It’s one of those guilty pleasures we all enjoy from time to time, isn’t it? My destination of choice was CELINE, a brand I’ve been eyeing for weeks, particularly their Black Triomphe Bag in Classique. I ended up purchasing it in black, which thrilled me. But wait, there’s an even more exciting part to this story!

As I was finalizing my purchase, my exceptionally kind Sales Associate, Jazz, piqued my curiosity about CELINE’s range of perfumes. I had never explored CELINE’s fragrances before, so I was genuinely excited to sample some. Jazz introduced me to several scents, and I was able to pick out two favorites: La Peau Nue and Parade. Believe me when I say they are absolutely divine.

Collecting perfumes has always been a source of joy for me. It’s a ritual that starts my mornings off on the right foot, along with a steaming cup of coffee to boost my go-getter energy. I even rank my perfumes, arranging them from my favorite on the left to my least favorite. During my visit, my SA suggested a fragrance called “Nightclubbing,” which was a unique experience. It initially had hints of cigarettes and gin, but then the subtle scent of vanilla surprised me. I quite liked it, but it’s not something I would wear every day. Jazz kindly gave me some sample sizes to take home, which was a thoughtful gesture. (THANKS JAZZ IF YOU’RE SEEING THIS!)

For me, different scents transport me to different places and activities around the world. For instance, in Paris, it feels like I’m people-watching at a café, savoring the aroma of my coffee and enjoying a pastry. Who else engages in this fragrant form of daydreaming? I encourage you to try it the next time you’re selecting a perfume; let your imagination run wild. 💭✨

You’ll also have the choice of two scents, either the same fragrance or mix and match. I’m definitely planning to return and grab more traveler cases, perhaps the elegant gold one – it looks stunning!
