In a upper program in the upper/lower split, we're aiming to target various muscle groups in your upper body-

1️⃣ Flat Chest Press

2️⃣ Shoulder Press

3️⃣ Rowing Movement

🙌🏼 Barbell Rows
Personally I prefer using machines for rows as compared to barbell but if you would like to work on your core at the same time, feel free to go for barbell rows! Whichever suits you the best😎
4️⃣ Lat Pulldown
💪🏼 Cable
I like doing single arm lat pulldown so I can work both sides evenly and ensure that there isn't any muscular imbalance!
5️⃣ Arms
🙌🏼 Biceps
🙌🏼 Triceps
I like to use the cable machine for both so I can do them back to back to reduce time spent
‼️Personally, I'd prefer machines as it allows me to load more and work to failure safely
