Here are some low-calorie foods:

1. Leafy greens (spinach, kale, lettuce)

2. Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage)

3. Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

4. Citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes)

5. Lean protein sources (chicken breast, turkey breast, fish) and high in protein!!!

6. Legumes (lentils, chickpeas, black beans)

7. Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, oats - steal oats does magic )

8. Low-fat dairy products (yogurt, milk, cheese) I only consume oat and almond milk but that’s preference

And yogurt I eat Oikos 100cal and 15g of protein and super good

9. Non-starchy vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers) best snack is cucumbers and feta 😫

10. Herbs and spices (garlic, ginger, cinnamon)
