Chopped salads

We eat lots & lots of salads!

So I have to make sure I have what we need to make really yummy (not boring) salads that the kids love. Idk how but I got lucky. I have kids that really enjoy salads and I think it’s mainly because I put their favorite things in there. No hidden surprises 😜

This chopped salad here features cucumbers, tomato’s, jalapeños, homemade croutons, cotija cheese & air fryer popcorn chicken. I also made a garlic roasted ranch. I put my garlic in the air fryer for 20 mins lightly tossed in olive oil and I put it in my ninja blender with ranch I made.

We also like Asian chopped salads with candied walnuts, Greek salads WITHOUT olives 😅, Cobb salads with extra bacon. The list is never ending!

Also added the popcorn chicken bag I used bought at Costco! So good reminds me of Chick-fil-A nuggets.
