Incline Bench Press 4x15
-TIP: keep elbows about 45 degrees away from body
Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise 4x20
-TIP: you should be feeling it here (your rear felt) and back. If not try taking a slight pause at full range of motion or at the top of lift before lowering the weight back down.
DB Shoulder press 4x20
-TIP: keep core braced throughout exercise
Close Grip Lat Pull down 4x20
-You can use grips or wraps to carry more weight if your grip strength is not great.
Reverse Delt Fly 4x20
TIP: be sure to adjust seat so that your shoulders are in line with the handles.
Don't forget about mind to muscle connection. Intentionally training can make an ok workout a great one by focusing on the muscle groups we are trying to engage. Slow the exercises down and be sure to engage the correct muscle on each lift and watch your progress skyrocket!
