Upper Body days! 🏋🏻‍♀️

They are actually my favorite days (sorry leg day 🫣) - and for my ladies, please do not neglect upper body!! 👎🏼 I promise you that there is no way for you to look “too manly” - women literally do not have the hormones or physiology needed to turn into the Hulk 🤷🏻‍♀️. However, working on our upper body does allow us to get stronger, get the hour glass figure we all crave by training your back, and supports the full body and it’s balance. Not training upper body is like only training one of your legs during leg day! You wouldn’t only train one side of your body, now would you? 🤔

PLUS part of getting into shape and caring for your body is allowing ALL of your muscle to be able to partake in your transformation - training upper body will always be as equally important as training your lower body and vice versa.
