What I eat in a day on a reverse diet...
First I would like to preface I am training and eating to compete for a body building competition so right now I am in a reverse diet. What's a reverse diet you may ask? A reverse diet is the exact opposite of a "regular" diet. Instead of decreasing calories, as you would on a "diet", my coach is gradually increasing calories week by week in order to gain some muscle and put on a little bit more mass. This process is also popularly called "bulking".

Total Calories: 2315
Carbohydrates: 250g
Fats: 75g
Protein: 160g
I weigh about 140lbs and I am 5'9". These meals fuel my workouts while also satisfying hunger throughout the day, they keep me full and energized for daily activities! I am also eating plenty of protein spread throughout my day for muscle growth and gain.
