Hey guys. I just started at the gym a few days ago. I want to go constantly and learn how to do exercises correctly so that I could grow my body how I want to. I’m a skinny girl and I know that, I want to grow mussel, get stronger and get toned. I want the hourglass body that basically everyone wants. The toned abs, back, arms, and the ass. Yk. And because I’m starting I’m scared of free weights. So I want to know how to use the machines until I gain the confidence to use the free weights. I also want help on how to not be so scared in the gym, maybe that will come with learning how to do my workouts. I also want to know how I should eat on a budget (I eat like shit rn.)Anyways. Please help I’m really trying to better myself. Thank you <3
