Maybe you have a specific weight goal in mind, or a wedding next summer, WELL LET ME TELL YOU SUMMER BODIES ARE MADE IN THE WINTER… & the way I see it if it takes 21 days to form a habit we might as well START NOW!!!
Unlike a lot of the “fitness influencers” I refuse to shame anyone for their eating habits, I myself (over) indulge from time to time(often) but I know if you STAY consistent, YOU WILL see PROGRESS!!!!
Its more effective to start slowly and then work your way into it, remember you’re building a habit.
Here is my tip for working towards your fitness goals:
💜 let’s start by building the habit, plan 2-3 days into your weekly schedule that you will be able to fit in a workout. Aim for it to be at least 30 mins.
Walking is one of my favorite ways to get active, especially when I’m not feeling the gym or dealing with a lot of anxiety. Put on your favorite podcast or a good playlist, bonus points if you bring your fur baby!
Us girls HAVE to stick together so Let’s work together to get on track with our health and fitness goals!!!
