3 Day Juice Fast

Completed a 3 day juice fast . I honestly loved it and can do a week . The first day was okay , second day some hunger pains but would drink juice to combat the hunger . The third day I noticed the most weight loss 8lbs which I understand the weight can come back but I didn’t do it for weight loss plus I plan on maintaining it by eating in a calorie deficit .
