Journaling down how to go from losses to wins

Went in early morning when prices were consolidating between the 2618 to 2620 area. Saw that price action was trying to push prices down but couldnt gain momentum showing a bullish overall momentum.

Went in at 2520.86 long and took partials along the way after price hovered around 1 hr plus or so before pushing upwards.

Second trade saw price hitting a ceiling and unable to break past went in for the sells to go downwards towards the bullish fvg but set stop losses to low end up got taken out.
