FOMC?? Fed cut rates?? SMLJ!!

hey zesties!

came up with a quick guide on deciphering the impact of interest rates! it can be sooOoOo annoying to constantly hear about these changes, but sadly, these things matter 😔

also!!, there are a lot of things to look forward to in this new, lower interest rate environment!!

1. higher equity returns

2. endowments performing above t-bills/fixed deposits (for those who have been feeling sian about locking up their monies)

3. lower loan rates!!! (psst: mortgage owners, refinanced yet?!)

however, the sad things is that our bank savings accounts & fixed deposits & t-bills are all dropping in returns :-(
